Thankful Thursday

I am thankful that Election season is over.

I am thankful that I live in the land of the free, and the home of the brave.

I am thankful for (mostly) obedient dogs and children.

I am thankful for friends.

I am thankful for family.

I am thankful for a pantry full of food.

I am thankful for a closet full of clothes.

I am thankful for my children’s dirty socks.

I am thankful for a warm house full of giggles.

I am thankful for a soft and comfortable bed.

As a parent, the days are long…but the years are short.
