This song sums up my week pretty well.
Hope you’re feeling it too.
In honor of Mother’s Day, I am working on a post entitled “Things My Mother Taught Me.” Some of the things are silly, some are serious. Some she taught me directly, some she just modeled. And, as I have been coming across things to add in this post, I thought “Gee, it sure would be nice to see what my bloggy friends learned from their Moms.” So, I decided to host a carnival.
This Friday evening I’ll put up a Mr. Linky for any of you who would like to share a post about your Mom. The post can be new, or if you have an old one that you’d like to share – that would be fine too. It can be short, it can be long. Just make it a post about your Mom.
Hope to see you Friday or Saturday,
This song was used during our service at church last Sunday. It really got me thinking about all the “un” things I have ever been or done.
unfaithful, unworthy, unrighteous, unmerciful, unreachable, unteachable, unwilling, undesirable, unwise, undone, unsure, unbroken, unmended, uneasy, unapproachable, unemotional, unexceptional, undecided, unqualified, unfair, unfit, etc., etc., etc.
But even in those moments when I have felt utterly alone ~ I have never been unloved .
Thank you, Lord, for loving me.
